Creator Reward & Payout Policy

This Payout Policy forms an integral part of the Creator Agreement and General Terms and Conditions.

When a customer purchases a physical copy (fine art print, canvas, or framed wall art) of an artwork you have placed On Sale, you earn a Creator Reward ("Author Reward").

The Author Reward is denominated and recorded in Euros (€ / EUR) and is calculated based on the selling options configured for your artwork at the time the order was placed.

ArtMyPlace handles customer billing, print fulfillment, materials, packaging, domestic and international shipping, payment gateway processing charges, and applicable consumer sales tax (VAT). You receive the net Author Reward amount designated for the purchased product configuration.

Your Creator balance consists of two distinct states:

• Pending Balance: Immediately upon successful customer payment and order confirmation, the corresponding Author Reward is credited to your Pending balance.

• Statutory Holding Period: A 30-calendar-day holding period applies to all pending rewards, beginning from the date the order is dispatched and confirmed delivered. This holding period accommodates statutory consumer withdrawal periods, return guarantees, transit defect claims, and payment fraud verification.

• Available Balance: Following the expiration of the 30-day holding period, provided no returns, cancellations, disputes, or copyright claims were raised, the reward automatically shifts to your Available balance and becomes eligible for payout.

To request or receive a payout of your Available balance, you must meet all of the following verification conditions:

• Verified Status: Your Creator Profile must have "Verified" status. Creators with "Incomplete", "Selling Enabled", "Pending Verification", "Verification Required", or "Suspended" status cannot receive payouts until verification is complete.
• Pro Subscription: You must maintain an active ArtMyPlace Pro subscription.
• Legal Identity & Residential Address: You must be an individual aged 18 or older residing in an EU member state, with a verified physical street address, city, and postal code.
• EU Tax Residence & TIN: You must provide your primary EU country of tax residence and a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN), verified against European Commission guidelines.
• SEPA Bank Account: You must provide a valid EUR IBAN account located within the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). The bank account holder name must strictly match your verified legal full name.

All Creator payouts are disbursed exclusively via SEPA bank transfer (credit transfer) in Euros (€ / EUR).

ArtMyPlace does not support payouts to credit cards, digital debit cards, non-SEPA wire accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets in this version.

ArtMyPlace covers standard SEPA transfer fees. If your receiving bank operates an account denominated in a currency other than EUR, any currency conversion rate, foreign exchange fee, or receiving bank fee applied by your financial institution is your sole responsibility.

The minimum accumulated Available balance required to trigger a payout is €20.00 (twenty Euros).

Payouts are processed periodically upon request or automatic monthly settlement cycles for verified creators whose Available balance meets or exceeds the minimum threshold. Payouts typically arrive in your SEPA bank account within 1 to 3 business days depending on interbank processing times.

Creators act as independent third-party licensors and not as employees, partners, agents, or joint venturers of ArtMyPlace OÜ.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting any income taxes, local levies, or social insurance contributions due on your Author Rewards under the tax laws of your country of residence.

Mandatory DAC7 Reporting: Under European Council Directive 2021/514 ("DAC7"), ArtMyPlace OÜ is legally mandated to collect, verify, and annually report detailed seller data to the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (Maksu- ja Tolliamet / EMTA). This includes your legal name, residential address, date of birth, EU tax residence, TIN(s), bank IBAN, and total annual rewards paid.

EMTA automatically transmits this report to the competent tax authority of your country of tax residence. Providing false, expired, or fraudulent tax information is a violation of these terms and may lead to immediate account suspension and statutory notification.

If a customer order is cancelled prior to shipment, or if a customer returns an item in accordance with statutory EU distance selling rights, the associated Pending reward is automatically cancelled and deducted from your Pending balance.

If an order is refunded or charged back after a reward has entered your Available balance or been paid out due to:
• A substantiated intellectual property, copyright, or trademark infringement;
• Breach of our Content & Intellectual Property Policy; or
• Proven fraudulent or deceptive activity;

ArtMyPlace reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your future accrued rewards, freeze pending disbursements, or recover the disbursed amount through lawful means.

We may revise this Payout Policy periodically to reflect adjustments in banking regulations, payment partners, tax directives, or marketplace procedures.

Any material modifications will be announced on ArtMyPlace and published here with a revised effective date. Your continued participation as a Creator following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
