By accessing or using ArtMyPlace, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

ArtMyPlace allows users to create digital artwork using AI-powered tools, upload images and other content, discover artworks, preview artworks in interiors, and order selected artworks as physical products.

Some features may require an account, payment, or subscription.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using your account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms or our other policies.

ArtMyPlace uses artificial intelligence and other technologies to generate or modify images based on user instructions, selections, uploaded images, and reference materials.

AI-generated results may be unpredictable and may not always correspond exactly to your instructions or expectations.

We do not guarantee that generated artwork will be unique or that similar content will not be generated for other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or provide through ArtMyPlace can lawfully be used for the requested purpose.

Product descriptions, available sizes, prices, delivery options, and applicable charges are displayed before an order is completed.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, technical errors, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances.

If payment has already been collected for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Physical artworks are produced based on the digital artwork selected and approved by the customer.

Minor differences between the digital preview and the final printed product may occur due to screen settings, printing technology, materials, dimensions, texture, or other production factors.

Such reasonable differences do not constitute a product defect.

Delivery times and costs depend on the product, destination, and delivery method.

Rules relating to delivery, damaged or lost orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds are described in our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or other consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

ArtMyPlace may offer subscriptions or other paid digital features.

The applicable price, billing period, included features, and renewal conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Where recurring billing applies, the subscription will continue until cancelled in accordance with the conditions presented at purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid, except where required by applicable law.

You may not use ArtMyPlace to create, upload, distribute, or sell content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or otherwise violates our Content & Intellectual Property Policy.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of ArtMyPlace, gain unauthorized access to our systems, misuse automated tools, or use the service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

The ArtMyPlace website, brand, software, interface, design, and other materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to ArtMyPlace OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Rights relating to user-uploaded content and artwork created through the service are governed by our Content & Intellectual Property Policy.

We aim to keep ArtMyPlace available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may modify, suspend, update, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, operational, security, legal, or business reasons.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArtMyPlace OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business, or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on ArtMyPlace with the date of the latest update.

Where required by law, we will notify users of material changes.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
